Our team have known each other for nearly a decade so appreciates and utilises our unique talents and abilities to work together in a collaborative way. Combined, we have over 40 years experience working within the industry which makes us specialists in our field.

Whether you are a client or a candidate we recognise that the process can be costly, in headspace, time and money so we do all we can from our first engagement to make it a smooth process.  We believe that listening is the key to success, so we focus on alignment and invest our time in understanding your key drivers to ensure compatibility. Julie - Director

Julie has worked within the financial services industry for 20 years and in that time has seen recruitment from every angle. She has been involved in external recruitment via executive search, in-house recruitment, retained mandates and mergers/acquisitions. This has given her insight and understanding for all involved including management time and cost it takes to get the right person on board. 

Julie has experience in every facet of the executive search process from market intelligence, resourcing, candidate management and client relationships. She is highly analytical and has a fastidious attention to detail. Her corporate professionalism, combined with her tenacious attitude and perseverance, sees her strive for the best outcome for all she works with. 

To Julie, it’s not just recruitment; her integrity and personal sense of responsibility means that she recognises how instrumental her guidance can be in changing the direction of people’s lives.
